Postdoc with Allan Drummond

The Drummond Lab is seeking outstanding postdoctoral candidates to pursue research on the biophysics of natural selection on protein translation, starting immediately. We have secured immediate funding to develop kinetic models of translation, with the intent of generating testable predictions to motivate in vivo and in vitro experiments.

Candidates must have completed a PhD in chemistry, physics, biology or closely related fields, and be available to start work no later than November 2009. Ideal candidates will display a proven facility for complex experimental work and an outstanding academic record. We offer competitive salary and benefits, state-of-the art facilities, and an exciting environment. To apply, send a letter of intent, CV and contact information for three references to Allan Drummond by email or at Harvard University, 52 Oxford St, 431 Northwest Labs, Cambridge, MA 02138, USA.
