Biological databases that are downloaded and stored locally, for use with BLAST and other programs on the cluster.

Note: Databases with an asterisk in the version have daily updates to the major releases

SwissProt	Curated Protein Database	Swiss-Prot is now a part of Uniprot. See that entry in the resource database.	48
UCSC Human Genome	Genomes		HG17
Unigene	EST Assemblies	NCBI Unigene data for Human and Mouse. Other orgs available by reuqest.
Uniprot	Protein sequences	A database combining Swiss-Prot, TrEMBL, and PIR. Separate versions of these databases are available.	6.3
