Fee-For-Service

First time users may submit samples to be processed at the Bauer Core for a single experiment before committing to the technology with more samples and experiments. This service includes labeling of target RNA, Affymetrix GeneChip array hybridization, post-processing, array scanning, and data analysis. The researcher may submit up to 4 samples. If the experiment requires more than 4 samples, please explain the details when arrangements are made.

Select the GeneChip® that you would like to use (GeneChip® Arrays).
Receive a cost estimate by sending an inquiry to affyinfo@cgr.harvard.edu.
Complete these forms: Sample Submission Form and Billing Form.
Submit samples which meet the requirements given here.
Please follow the billing instructions as we cannot process any samples without your billing information.
