Resources for Trained Users
Researchers who have completed Affymetrix
Training become independent users. Independent
users are provided with a log-in account and after-hours access to the
building. The
core staff will further assist independent users as needed. Please
review the policies for more
information on using the Bauer Core's equipment.
Trained users may
sign up for time on the instruments using the Calcium
online calendar.
Independent users provide all their own reagents and GeneChips® for all steps
of the protocol. Please see the Summary
of Reagents (PDF) sheet for details.
