Sample Preparation
- Please follow the RNA
purification and quality
control guidelines.
- Please bring your RNA
in the following concentrations and amounts:
- Total RNA: Minimum concentration 1 µg/µl; maximum
concentration 1.5 µg/µl in DEPC-water or Qiagen RNase-free water.
Please submit a total amount of 12-15 µg.
- mRNA: Minimum concentration 0.2 µg/µl; maximum concentration
2 µg/µl in DEPC-water or Qiagen RNase-free water. Please submit a
total amount of 0.2-5 µg.
- cRNA: Fragmented & labeled cRNA: minimum concentration
0.5 µg/µl; maximum concentration 2 µg/µl in
fragmentation cocktail. Please submit a minimum of 20 µg of
fragmented cRNA.
- Unfragmented cRNA: minimum concentration 0.6 µg/µl;
maximum concentration 2 µg/µl in DEPC-water or Qiagen
RNase-free water.
Concentrating under vacuum without heat is preferred over ethanol
precipitation.
