Affymetrix Training

Training gives the researcher the opportunity to learn all the steps of the Affymetrix GeneChip® technology first-hand from a Bauer Core staff member. The training includes the processing of a single experiment comprising no more than four samples. If the experiment requires more than four samples, please explain the details when arrangements are made.

Training dates will be determined by the staff members conducting the training, and will be scheduled during times when the resources are available. Training will take the majority of five working days, during which the trainee is expected to be present at the center for all steps of the protocols. Samples will not be processed unless the trainee is present.
